چکیده
A thin-film transistor (TFT) integrated gate driver is proposed for compact in-cell touch display, where one capacitor reused both turning on low-level maintaining transistors via voltage coupling and the re-start charge during sensing period. The terminal of buffer thus free electrical stress period, can be re-charged subsequent leading to minimal variations in transient response. With reusing scheme a stacking structure, area single stage decreased 645 μm ×210 μm. fabricated a-Si TFT with 8 cascaded stages shows that rising falling time among normal are less than 1 μs. Versatile modes bidirectional scanning functions verified.

متن کاملDesign and Analysis of New Level Shifter With Gate Driver for Li-Ion Battery Charger in 180nm CMOS Technology
In this work, the design and analysis of new Level Shifter with Gate Driver for Li-Ion battery charger is proposed for high speed and low area in 180nm CMOS technology. The new proposed level shifter is used to raise the voltage level and significantly reduces transfer delay 1.3ns (transfer delay of conventional level shifter) to 0.15ns with the same input signal. Also, the level shifter with g...
متن کاملCompact Model for Multiple-Gate SOI MOSFETs
In this work we present compact modelling schemes, for the undoped nanoscale multiple-gate MOSFET, suitable for design and projection of these devices. The proposed models have a physical basis and assume well-tempered multiple-gate MOSFETs; i.e., transistors with small shortchannel effects. We have considered different transport models (drift-diffusion and quasi-ballistic models); each one is ...
متن کاملTNT: Touch 'n' Tangibles on LC-Displays
In this paper, we present TNT (Touch ‘n’ Tangibles) a new combination of several existing hardware technologies, which are integrated into an LC-display. TNT enables users to interact using finger touch and tangible user interfaces at the same time on an active flat panel screen, while maintaining precise identification of all interactive objects and fingers. TNT can accurately distinguish betw...
